Introduction
Foaming regulators are high-molecular-weight polymers characterized by multi-layer structures, formed through multi-stage emulsion polymerization of various acrylate monomers. In addition to possessing all the fundamental properties of PVC processing aids, these regulators exhibit significantly higher molecular weights compared to general-purpose processing aids, resulting in enhanced melt strength. They also contribute to the formation of more uniform cell structures and reduced product densities.
Product features
1.Enhances the melt elasticity and facilitates the plasticization of PVC compound materials.
2.Facilitating the gelation of PVC, enhances the elongation and strength of the melt, stabilizes bubbles, and prevents bubble wall rupture that could lead to the formation of large pores.
3.Ensure that the melt exhibits good fluidity and enhances the surface quality of the final products.
Applications
PVC foaming regulators are applicable to low-foaming products such as PVC foamed pipes, plates, and profiles.

Yes. TDS (with parameters like melting point, density, viscosity) and SDS (compliant with GHS standards) are available for all products.
Yes. We provide free samples (max 5kg) for standard products. You only need to bear the shipping cost (via DHL/FedEx/UPS). For customized samples, a small R&D fee may apply (refundable if bulk order is placed). Sample delivery takes 3-7 working days.

We support T/T (40% deposit in advance, 60% balance before shipment), L/C at sight, Western Union, and PayPal (for small orders). Other terms can be negotiated.
