Introduction

CPE, or chlorinated polyethylene, is a high-molecular-weight chlorinated polymer derived from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through a chlorination process. It appears as a white powder, and its distinctive high-molecular structure imparts a range of excellent physical and chemical properties. When incorporated into PVC products, CPE forms a three-dimensional network structure, which enhances the material’s impact resistance at both ambient & low temperatures conditions.
